What Can Be Returned?
Returns may be approved when:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong product or wrong size due to our error.
- Your order has a verified manufacturing defect.
- Your shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier.
Items should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.
What Can't Be Returned?
Because every LowLifeEmpire product is made specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Buyer remorse
- Changing your mind
- Ordering the wrong color
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Normal wear after use
