1. MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

All items sold on LowLifeEmpire.shop are custom-produced after purchase.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection.

We do not offer exchanges for ordering the wrong item, color, or size.

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS (DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS)

We will replace or refund items that:

Arrive damaged

Contain manufacturing defects

Are misprinted

Are incorrect items (wrong product shipped)

To qualify:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide clear photos of:

The issue

The shipping label

Items must be unused and unwashed.

If approved, we will:

Send a replacement at no cost, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method.

We do not require returns for defective items unless specifically requested.

3. SIZE & FIT DISCLAIMER

We provide detailed size charts for each product.

Because items are made-to-order:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Slight shrinkage (if applicable) is normal for cotton-based products.

Fit may vary slightly between styles.

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend sizing up.

4. PRINT & COLOR VARIATION DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production:

Colors may appear slightly different in person compared to on-screen images.

Minor variations in print placement may occur.

Fabric texture may affect ink appearance.

In double-layered areas (such as pockets), faint show-through may occur.

Certain colors (such as white or orange variants) may have subtle tone variations depending on lighting.

These are not considered defects.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale:

Clearance items

Limited drops (if marked final sale)

Gift cards

Worn, washed, or altered items

Items returned without approval

6. REFUND PROCESS

If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Stolen packages

Carrier delivery errors

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because orders enter production quickly:

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

If you contact us immediately after ordering, we will attempt to cancel if production has not begun.

Cancellation is not guaranteed.

9. FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY

We take fraudulent claims seriously.

Submitting false damage claims or chargebacks may result in:

Legal recovery of funds
